Welcome to Lovelet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lovelet mobile application ("App"), website, and services (collectively, "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lovelet, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to certain features of Lovelet requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees displayed in the app. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription from your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be notified in advance. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content and Privacy
Our Services allow you to send, store, share, and exchange information, text, graphics, video, or other materials ("User Content") with your partner.
- Private Sharing: All content shared through our platform is private and only for you and your partner. We will not publicly display or distribute your private content without your explicit consent.
- License: You grant us the license necessary to operate the Services, including storing, backing up, and transmitting your content between you and your partner.
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data you create within the app.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Services in the following ways:
- In any way that violates applicable national or international laws.
- To transmit any advertising or promotional material ("spam").
- To impersonate Lovelet, a Lovelet employee, or another user.
- To engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our Services.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lovelet and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Lovelet.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for relationship decisions you make based on the App's features or content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovelet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use or inability to use the app.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and/or in-app notifications. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
