These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Manifiora mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: Manifiora is for personal growth, mindfulness, and general wellness support only. THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, OR PSYCHIATRIC ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experience in the App. If you think you may have an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and meet any minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction to use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.
Apple App Store / EULA
If you obtained the App from Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, except where these Terms provide additional or different terms as permitted by Apple, and then only to the extent allowed by Apple's terms.
In-app purchases and subscriptions (Adapty)
The App may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Free trial periods, if offered, convert to a paid subscription when applicable unless cancelled in time, as shown at purchase.
Subscription validation and entitlement management may be supported by third-party services such as Adapty (and similar tools). Those services process only what is needed to operate purchases and subscription status.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to interfere with its security, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or use it in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as expressly allowed.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
